New building supervision
Since 1974 we have carried new building supervision, drawing approval, factory acceptance tests, and quay and sea trials of:

  • Bulk carriers in Japan and China.
  • Oil/Chemical tankers in Turkey, South Korea and Japan.
  • Oil/product tankers in Japan, China.
  • RO-RO Pax vessels in China and Europe.
  • RO-RO vessels in Europe.
  • Anchor handling and supply vessels in Europe.
  • Passenger vessels in Europe.
  • Container vessels in Europe and China.

New building projects and quality inspection of equipment
In cooperation with our client we ensure that capable yards are selected. We assist in making the contract and specification as well as review/correct all basic and detail drawings. At the yard we supply sufficient number of supervisors and a site manager who takes care of all daily inspections during construction, test of equipment at the makers, quay and sea trials etc. The site team ensures that the specification and drawings are followed and that all rules and regulations are applied to. During the vessel’s first year of service, we assist the Owner in all technical matters and guarantee claims.

Dry docking and repairs
We go on board and make the specification for the scheduled or unscheduled dry docking and repair. Get the tenders from the actual yards which have been invited to quote. Tenders are presented to the Owner. After yard has been appointed we supervise all repairs, verify sea trial and negotiate final invoice all in close cooperation with the Owner.

Our dry dock experience we have gained from yards in Japan, Korea, China, Singapore, Europe, South America, Middle and North America.

Ship yard evaluation
As we are working in many different yards we have always up to date information about capabilities, facilities, quality, capacity etc. Also we go and evaluate yards according on behalf of clients.

Ship evaluation
All kind of vessels are evaluated. On board condition survey is carried out while the vessel is in port, anchorage or on the voyage, to see that all equipment is working. Often we follow loading and discharging operation to monitor performance of all cargo equipment. On completion of inspection a detailed report will be send to the client with all details, photos etc.

Labour force and engineers
We supply experienced and skilled Chinese workers with background from ship, off-shore and machinery construction. All personnel is interviewed and selected by us and as per requirement of the client. Any skills and any size of team can be combined according to the type of project, stage of construction phase etc. Supervising engineers and foremen have good knowledge of English language. Onboard repair teams can be organized acc. to the tasks you requires.

Second hand vessels and ship management
On behalf of owners, banks, investors, lawyers, insurance companies, P/I Clubs and charterers, we inspect all type of vessels and make inspections to evaluate the actual technical condition. We also review class records, maintenance records, audit reports, inspection reports from oil majors and port state control etc.
